Monday: total body; Wednesday: long run (3-5 miles) and Friday: circuit & interval training. Meet at the choo-choo train in the center of the Square.
Lost Mountain 6:30p-7:30p MTTh rain or shine, from Aug. 4th - Aug. 29th. Join Jenny for a beginner's class for the newest exercisers~ all sizes welcome! Meet in the parking lot at Lost Mountain Park.
