Welcome to Inneractive, an 8 week circuit training program designed to get your heart pumpin’, adrenaline flowin’, and spirit movin’. Our certified cross trainers combine an exhilarating 30-40 minute workout with a 10-15 minute biblically based discussion and cool-down session.
Inneractive was created by busy parents, for busy parents and focuses on:
